 | Turn anyone into a combo attacker. Increase the chance of an additional attack by 2% per level, there are 15 extra levels. The chance of an additional attack being a Super Attack is 50%. If the character has Multiple Super Attacks, the additional attack of the Hidden Potential skill will always select the lowest amount of Ki for the Super Attack. |
