This event can only be attempted once per day. Nail cannot be defeated, the battle will end after 1 turn (3 charges). Even though a 30 STA stage would normally add a 1.125% chance to level up links, this event adds 19.5% chance instead and it gets added to the chances Link Skills already have depending on their current level, see here for more info.
