Goku and Krillin, who are training with Master Roshi, head towards a World Martial Arts Tournament held in the country of Mifan to test their skills. Meanwhile in Mifan, Minister Shen has sent the Emperor's minions to locate and collect the Dragon Balls. His goal is to take over the country...! Is this the end of the World Martial Arts Tournament!?
