Explanation about Recovery
Recover HP by various means.

Hidden Potential (Recovery)
By activating "Recovery Boost" in Hidden Potential you can increase the amount of HP you recover when obtaining Ki Spheres of the character's Type.

You can increase the amount of HP recovery by 5% per level; there are 15 extra levels.

Full equation: [0.030 + (0.0015 * Level of Recovery Boost)] * character's DEF in battle * number of Ki Spheres obtained (of the character's Type)
