Leader Tactics
With the exception of a potential fully rainbowed universe 6 peppy gals team, I cannot think of any other team leader as strong as Ribrianne. She is fairly easy to pull because she is not Dokkan Fest exclusive. I have 3 dupes. She is going to seal the enemy, support all other allies with a 30% boost to attack and defense, and she is going to debuff the enemies at 30% attack and defense every time she appears on the field. This is going to set us up for an easy cheesy debuff team.
Essential
Card 1020190 thumb-Z
Yacchaina is a strong F2P choice for this team. She is going to buff several allies on the team who fall in the special pose category. She is going to seal the enemy's attack for the rest of the turn while Ribrianne or Kakunsa is on the field with her, which should be every round. She will slowly buff her own defense and attack. Keep her on rotation with one of the Ribrianne leaders.
High/F2P
Card 1020180 thumb-Z
Like Yacchaina, Kakunsa is another strong F2P choice. She is going to buff all special pose allies on the field, and she has a good chance to stun the enemy for the rest of the turn. More importantly for this team, she is going to reduce enemy attack for 3 turns. She will slowly buff her own attack and defense, but doesn't get as tanky as Yacchaina. Keep her on rotation with one of the Ribrianne leaders.
High/F2P
Card 1015420 thumb-Z
The final F2P girl on the team. She doesn't provide as much utility as Yacchaina or Kakunsa in terms of setting up the field. She does provide a good heal every round she comes out, but it will only be every third round so its not something to rely heavily upon. Keep her in the third slot to keep her off rotation.
High/F2P
Card 1017700 thumb
This girl is a new pull, but also relatively common. I only had one dupe with SA level 2, so she didn't hit very hard. She seems better than she actually is. She will seal enemy attack, boost her own stats when enemy attack or defense is in down status (which should be every round), and she will have a high chance to stun the enemy for the rest of the turn when their super attack is sealed. This stun is almost useless as it only lasts until the end of the round, and she will always be in the third slot.
High
Card 1016250 thumb
Launch is a great new unit to have, but still a niche unit. She is a strong debuffer as she will greatly reduce enemy attack and defense for 3 turns. Like many of the other peppy girls, her seal only lasts until the end of the round which is essentially useless as she will always be in the third slot.

STRATEGY
Peppy gals are easy to pull in summons. They are often looked down upon as garbage, but they get a chance to shine here. I have included 3 F2P cards, and I utilize a similar strategy to my ESBR Super Int tactics. The goal is to save your items for the 2nd two fights. If you can use 2 items in the first round, 3 in the second, and have 3 left over for the final round, you will be in good shape.

Rotations are [Ribrianne and Kakunsa] and [Ribrianne and Yacchaina]. Keep str Ribrianne, Launch, and Oceanus on the third slot. You will want to Seal the super attack of the stronger foes while debuffing the attack of all the foes you can. It is especially important in the final round to be cautious of oolong as he will be able to deal lots of damage to your int cards. Spread your debuff super attacks accross the board.

The hardest part of this round is not knowing how much each foe's attack has been reduced. They will always be in attack down, but you can't keep track of how many stacks each foe has. **DEBUFFS DO STACK**.

Other viable cards to replace the off rotation cards: LR Caulifla and Kale, Transforming Kefla, and Str Android 21. I have tried several other cards, like Int Videl, Saiyaman 2/1, EZA SS2 Caulifla, and my Str Android 21, but they did not mesh well. I don't have LR Caulfla and Kale or Transforming Kefla so I couldn't test them out.

Leader Tactics
Thought her leader skill is a bit weak, what matters here is here passive skill. Ki+2 ATK&DEF +220% for herself, Ki+2 ATK&DEF +30% for others in her rotations and ATK&DEF -30% for foes. The thing is to play her with herself (lead + friend lead) on the rotation that leads to Ki+4 ATK&DEF +250% while foes have ATK%DEF -60%. This rotation is a safehouse. The third card won't take any damages either with a passive Ki+4 and ATK&DEF +60% from the two Ribrianne.

Card 1019710 thumb
Will dodge everything for the first two fight if you keep the pure saiyan foe for last (and that's the thing to do). Anyway, even without facing Pure Saiyan, she'll have 96% dodge in this team, you can trust her not to take any damage whatever happens. There's 4% chances that she gets hit on the last fight and you may be unlucky but this shoudl work well. She has the second rotation with base Kale. She stacks ATK&DEF and has an add SA with Kale around her.
Mandatory
Card 1019720 thumb
Will guards all attacks while Caulifla is around, so she takes the last spot on rotation with base Caulifla. She also stacks ATK&DEF on her SA and has an add SA against Pure Saiyans, meaning she quickly can't be hurt badly because guard and huge def. Will need to SA once or twice before taking her first hit but that's why Caulifla will be on the first spot and she'll be on the second of their rotation.

Card 1013430 thumb
Was out of scope for a long time but with her EZA, she's back on the game. I picked her because she can dodge.

That's the theme of this team : don't take damages using your skill : huge def, dodge, guard, huge debuff, whatever. Other things she does are : launch up to 3 SA while stacking DEF, nuke ATK&DEF with ki spheres (any colors) and change Int ki spheres to Phy. Overall, a good offensive-tank that brings 16% dodge chances to Caulifla for the last fight. She's a floatter on that team. May be replaced with F2P ZTUR Int Kale of ZTUR Agl Caulifla SSJ2, I guess (would probably be less effective).

May also be replaced with Tec K&C.

Card 1020390 thumb
A good F2P ZTUR card.

Another pick for her 60% dodge chances and small def stacking on her SA, don't expect too much of her, if she dodge for you, she's done her job. Note that she can still deal some damages since her EZA. May be replaced with F2P ZTUR Int Kale of ZTUR Agl Caulifla SSJ2, I guess (would probably be less effective).

Should be replaced with Tec K&C if you have them.

A good card with dodge chances, add SA and, Def stacking and dealing some good damages.

She also contributes to Caulifla's dodge chances by 16%. May be replaced with F2P ZTUR Int Kale of ZTUR Agl Caulifla SSJ2, I guess (would probably be less effective).

May also be replaced with Tec K&C.

STRATEGY
If you have the leader, base Kale and base Caulifla, you should be able to complete this ESBR.

I did a no-item run with them. Doing it using items should not be that hard. Don hesitate to abort and relaunch the game until you have the right starting rotations, since a rainbowed Brianne is available without friends.

You must use the rotations I eplained above : [Base K & Base C]+[Brianne²] = Victory
