Go as quickly as possible to fire your Dokkan the more further in the event as possible. When goku blue appears use your first 5 turns bulma and continue blasting him. You must transform the two lr gogetas to maximise your damage output. Rotations should be Lr gogeta and super gogeta, and lr gogeta with blue gogeta, but depending on the situation you can still fail it, since preserving your Hp is more important than dealing damage, because you must get to ultra instinct str without having used any item!

Leader Tactics
The main leader of the Potara team. He grants a full heal once he fuses, (including the friend) AAAANNNNNDDDDD has counters for lots of damage after he fuses, although the counters didn't hit much anyway. He stacks high damage throughout the battle until UI Goku and MUI Goku. His critical counters are the clutch during the last two phase and it helps a lot. Either way, the best Potara lead and free heal.

The absolute tank in this team. With his 12 ki super and the kaioken mechanic, this ssb Vegito can tank all the way to MUI Goku, which is good. He links very well with other units except one and it's a recommended unit for this event. I rather use this than the TEQ counterpart because TEQ will not survive against the last phase. Always use 12 ki super and check the stat before ultra super.

Although it's outdated and the EZA Super Vegito will replace it sooner or later, this unit is still very valuable in this event. Its counters are pretty decent along with its kaioken unit raising attack. It also raise its ally when it attack first. However, it finds its tough time during UI Goku since it's a PHY unit.

For those who said this card is overrated, well he's an MVP in this event. First few phases, put him at the front of the rotation, BAMM, high chance of crit, not to mention his ATK+40% at the beginning of each turns he shows up. That's mad. His Super also GREATLY RAISES DEF LIKE WHHHHHAAAAATTTT????? BANDAI PREDICTED THIS UNIT'S REDEMPTION MAN. And when he transformed to Rose, it's just the icing on a sundae on a hot day. He gains super saiyan and kamehameha as attack links, that means more attack. He retained his superb super and gains CRIT+50% and ATK+150%!!!! Not to mention he will always super thanks to his linking partner, STR Rose and also his ki+3 and a defense bonus from the passive. Overall, a truly Subarashi unit.

A filler card since I don't have AGL Zamasu, but he's good enough. A 7% heal super and reduced damage by 40%?? I'll take that. But if you have AGL Zamasu, use it instead.

A perfect linking partner for the Zamasus. He gives Extreme allies and himself Ki +3 and DEF +50%, as well as lowering Goku's DEF by 20%. Although he hits like a truck, he can get hit hard as well, so be careful where to place him.

STRATEGY
Build up SSB Vegito and Black at the start of the battle and constantly checking up their stats. When it's super duper high, start linking them. Black with Rose and Vegito Blue with Super Vegito (recommending the LR). Don't try to use the items since you got 2 free heal from LR Vegito and you can go through the phase without item until SSB Goku. Find a rainbow LR Vegito as a friend, it helps a ton. Also, pray the RNG that the crits will fall like rain.

Try to keep both INT Gohan and TEQ Trunks in 1st Rotation a Great Saiyaman and Support Trunks in 2nd Rotation and Gets as much Suppers as you can, don't activate Trunks Sword of Hope unless your DEF is High enough (passing 40k is recommended) he'll becomes effective against all types and becomes an Nuker so the more super he gets in Super Saiyan the Stroger Sword of Hope gets, for Gohan and Goten try and get their full boosts before MUI and they're Active use it against Blue Goku, Replacements for GT Pan, I will highly Recommend AGL LR Super Saiyan Gohan, if you get PHY Future Gohan on Rotation Heal Next turn so He keeps his DEF Boosts in his turn and always put him last slot.

But he is too squishy when he is not guarding against attacks in the last three stages, so keep him away when being attacked more than twice in a row

Best when linked with PHY Super Saiyan Gohan (Future) for optimal output after transformation. Try to transform him as early as possible to increase the atk output. He's pretty much takes no damage unless the attacks are Super Attack - which is still minimum (the Friend I used was at 55% and received ~64k at MUI Goku Stage). For best output, try to do Dokkan mode with him and obviously using rainbowed friend will be much better.

STRATEGY
Main rotation: INT Gohan + PHY Super Saiyan Gohan (Future) and both AGL Trunks (kid) in other rotation, with the rest as floaters. Transform INT Gohan as early as possible to stack ATK as he is your main damage dealer here. Your Dokkan mode should be at SS3 Goku stage and the last stage. For your advantage use INT Gohan to launch the Dokkan Mode (as it can't be dodged anyway).

AGL Trunks (Saiyaman) should be placed in first turn followed by AGL Trunks (kid) and let them perform SA as much as possible. You're allowed to break formation only when Ultimate Gohan is attacked multiple at the last turn, but you'll need to regroup as soon as possible. Recommended to use items starting at AGL Blue Goku stage since Ult. Gohan is very squishy from this stage.

If you can find a Rainbowed one then that will help if yours has no dupes like mine. If you can’t then one that has the most dupes will have to do.

STRATEGY
Main Rotations: SSBK Goku + Jiren/SSB Vegeta + UI Goku.

Floaters: Android #17, Bergamo and SSBK Goku. Use whichever SSBK Goku is better in your main rotation and float the other.

You should be able to get from Base Goku up to SSJ3 Goku with little trouble and without using an item. If you have to use an item use Princess Snake first. When facing GodKu and SSB Goku you may need to use a Princess Snake here too. I would try and use your Dokkan attack when you get to GodKu and if you can use it with UI Goku for the type advantage. Then you should be able to fill it again just in time for MUI Goku.

Hopefully your DEF has been built up well enough To get through UI Goku. Try and use one of each Icarus, Android 8 and Bulma (Future) item, I would recommend healing with Bulma and then use Icarus as well if you aren’t close to defeating UI Goku. Then use one Android 8 to heal and boost your DEF if needed.

Finally, you should have one of each item left for MUI Goku, I moved SSBK Goku off my main Rotation and put Android #17 with Jiren. I also moved MUI Goku off and have Bergamo on with Vegeta. They don’t share a lot on links, but they both tanked really well. As for items, try and use them at the right time. If you still have a princess snake left use her first, then use the others as you need them. It took me 2 or 3 runs to get everything down right but when I did, I had used majority of my items in the last 2 stages and used my last Android 8 item to heal and boost my DEF just to be safe.

He's not ideal for GR but a bit better than GokUI and can manage quite well STR GokUI.

Keep him SA and in rotation if you can (things happen during a fight). Avoid his 18+Ki SA since he does not stack anything there. Sometimes it's hard since his passive can give him a lot of Ki, it's his only flaw here.

A pretty solid team that can manage the event using "only" 5 items. Keeps the stackers on rotations and the others out (depending on what you have in front of you). You need to not use any items before SSGSS Goku. Then, you can start using them to protect non-stackers units (meaning : if there is a spot with no attacks, you put em here and don't use items). You may not use more than 1 item on SSGSS Goku but you may have some spare so just do your best to finish the run.

Run Xeno Vegeta and Scouter Vegeta as a rotation. Run Goku/Gohan and Vegeta/Trunks as a rotation. Float both leaders and SSJ 4 Goku. Let those to rotations stack DEF unit you are just about to finish off blue Goku. Then float scouter Vegeta or Vegeta/Trunks for LR SSj4 Goku. Scouter Vegeta can surprisingly hold his own in the str stage especially with Xeno Vegetas support so it's up to you. You would be best to float Vegeta/Trunks for SSJ4 Goku so he gets support from Goku/Gohan and then use his active skill there. After you beat the str stage float SSJ4 Goku. Then Run Xeno Vegeta and Scouter Vegeta as a rotation and transforming Vegeta and Goku/Gohan and use the switch mechanic so your just Gohan so you get more defense from that unit. Try not to use more than one item until you get to the str stage and you should be good.

PHY Transforming SSJ Vegeta is one of the leaders for the "Pure Saiyans" category, which is the category this team builds around. Some may opt for using AGL SSBE Vegeta as a leader due to his higher defense boost, but I personally don't like running SSBE Vegeta for this event due to his lack of defense stacking and the fact that his unreliable transformation can make or break runs. This vegeta has infinite stacking up to his SSG form, which after evolving to SSB he loses. Because of his limited stacking ability, it's imperative to SA with this unit every single rotation. Regarding his HiPo tree, I recommend either all in on AA, or a balance between AA and crit. My copy of this unit is SA10, 55%. links well with our Gokus. (Bit of a side note, but when he transforms to SSB and turns the entire field to PHY Ki spheres, it's better to let our PHY SSB Goku take them). Be careful in the STR UI stage, even though he loses his stacking ability, he can still tank a good deal in every stage but that one. His orb changing upon reaching SSB can be a great heal in the early stages (SSJ2-SSJ3), just keep in mind when he'll be rotating in so you don't waste an item if you have to.

What. A. BEAST. LR KFC (as I refer to them as) not only tanks, but deals and heals. Since health recovery from Ki orbs is determined by a unit's defense, KFC is a great unit for a no-items run, and can enable some INSANE health recovery in the late game. Not that I needed it honestly, I never went below 90% health against MUI Goku thanks to the PHY units in this deck. If you have KFC and aren't using them for this event, just uninstall the game. This card can easily stack defense 3+ times a turn from their SA stacking, thanks to Goku being a Pure Saiyan and also a Universe Survival Saga enemy in the last two stages. I wish I got a screenshot, but it's possible to get these two up to 1mil+ defense from all that stacking, even when you almost exclusively have them as 3rd slot floaters. Mine are SA20 55%. For HiPo, go all-in for Crit and take you can take Recovery Boost over Defense Boost, but in all honesty it can be a bit redundant. Undeniably ESSENTIAL for a Pure Saiyans No Item Run.

I REALLY underestimated this card. He may seem weak when sitting on rotation, but his "true" stats don't come out until AFTER he SAs, so DO NOT EVER put this guy on the 1st slot when he can get hit before his attack. He is very weak in the STR stage, so be really careful with him, because one super to him can cost you the run. I have mine at SA10 55%. Keep him on rotation as often as possible so he can get as many stacks as possible before hitting STR to try not to make it so bad. Go all in for AAs in HiPo to help out his stacking. Due to his passive, he also becomes REALLY tanky when you fall below 60% health, and ki will NEVER be a problem with this guy. He usually won't be as great of a healer as SSB Goku unless you're below 60% health and trigger that part of his passive, but he will hit pretty hard against MUI.

Wowee! My copy of PHY SSB Goku is only SA10, meaning his HiPo is at 41%, but MAN does he still do work! I can only imagine how crazy he can get when at his full SA multiplier. He orb changes, nukes, stacks defense, and also gains ATK&DEF from collecting orbs. because my copy of him is only SA1, his damage wasn't very impressive until the final stage, but his tanking ability is phenomenal. If you have him in your box, you can't go wrong with him. Out of all the PHY units on the team, he's probably the one you can afford to be the least careful with during the STR stage as long as you can collect a lot of orbs with him. Build AA with him in HiPo, or if you plan on using him outside of this event, go for crit. When it comes to PHY Orb healing, he's probably your best bet in the late game.

I'm impressed, and mine isn't even EZA'd at ALL! (Mine is SA10 100%) definitely not a damage dealer, but boy can he tank! he's the only weak link in the chain when on the final stage, but I imagine with his EZA completed he's better. What an amazing F2P unit, if you don't have him already you definitely need to farm him up. Just never transform him into SSJ Gohan since he loses his stacking. He's never proven to be a great healer to me, but he has a slight capacity for it. Then again, I don't have him EZA'd, so he'll definitely be better at healing with it.

For anyone like me, who was wondering if it's really necessary to reverse this guy for this event: ABSOLUTELY. As he transforms, his Dokkaned form gets less and less defense from his passive, which is REALLY significant in this event. Reversing him means you get infinite stacking and a surprisingly good defensive unit for the team. Mine is SA10, 69%. In a pinch, he can heal reliably well, but 90% of the time it's better to just save your AGL orbs for KFC to heal with.

STRATEGY
The hardest part of the No Items run was undoubtedly the STR stage. If you stay calm and can make it through that stage, you're all set. I had units taking single digits from MUI supers. I still recommend bring items just in case, especially if your units are "complete" like mine are. I'm not an expert on what the most optimal items are, but my picks are pretty simple. Senzu Bean for whenever you need a full heal without the extra stuff from Princess Snakes or A8s, A8 for a good heal and a defense buff (I know P.Snake is probably better but I don't have a lot, so I opted for Android 8 instead), Whis for those turns that you just need to tough out to get back to KFC for some Kentucky Fried Chi-cken for healing, and Ghost Usher as a panic button basically. Team rotations are pretty simple: PHY Base Vegeta + AGL Goku and TEQ SSJ Goku/Gohan + PHY SSB Goku. Floaters are KFC and both PHY SSJ Vegetas, but in honestly having the most optimal links isn't that necessary for this, so don't be afraid to swap things around in order to defend properly, and don't be afraid to float a unit like AGL Goku or TEQ SSJ Goku/Gohan if you need to defend properly, but you MUST prioritize PHY Vegeta and PHY SSB Goku to stay on rotation. I've found that occasionally floating AGL Goku / TEQ SSJ Goku/Gohan is not that bad, but floating either one of the aforementioned units means they miss out on quite a few stacks. The reason your PHY units need stacks more than anyone else is because of the second to last STR UI Goku stage. Every stage before it will be pretty easy, just float your floaters and keep calm, but when you're about to get into STR UI, Make sure to keep AGL Goku and KFC on primary rotations rather than the 3rd slot so you don't have to wait a few turns for them to rotate back in while you're in the STR stage already. You should be trying to take down STR UI as fast as possible. You might need to be a little lucky on who the Supers end up hitting, but luckily, this team can heal for days, and none of the units are even dedicated healers. It's a hard no items run for me, but I suspect with a full EZA for TEQ SSJ Goku/Gohan and SA10 on PHY SSB Goku, it'll be a lot easier.

STRATEGY
The main strategy is to go as SLOW as possible and try to get all the SA with SSJ Goku and the 2 SSJ Vegeta to build their defence and remember: if you get a Dokkan Attack before UI(sign) DO NOT touch a single number; you'll still gain some health back without killing and you'll earn a turn or 2 of precious stacking (if you are at the end of SSGSS Goku you are authorized to blast him to the sun and beyond with that Dokkan Atk). The main rotation are: Gohan+Broly/Vegeta(Trunks)+SSJ Vegeta. Gohan has to tank all attacks in the first spot and keep boosting his def so that Broly activates his passive when he attacks. They share Fierce Battle and Prepared for Battle so keeping Broly doing SA won't be an issue. Vegeta(Trunks) and SSJ Vegeta(mostly in all his forms) also share Prepared for Battle so same thing: keep them doing SA, especially SSJ Vegeta, but stop when he transforms into SSGSS because he loses the stacking DEF SA. Sometimes you'll have to invert the positions of Vegeta(Trunks) and SSJ Vegeta but try not to break the rotation until UI(sign). If you feel in danger before UI(sign) don't worry about using a Bulma(future) to rush the end of the stage (at that stage you'll have also built quite defense so the main issue is HP). When you arrive at the end of SSGSS Goku switch the 2 Vegeta (bring the Blue/Evolved into the rotation) so you'll be ready with type advantage on the next stage, otherwise you can change position during UI(sign). For UI(sign) put the PHY Vegetas always in the third positions, if there are less than 3 atks you can spare an item, they can take normal atks with no problem and handle a SA with 80% or more HP (with all this "DEF" stackers you'll be able to recover large amounts of health with few orbs so watch out for those free recoveries here and there), but if there are 3 or more it's safer to use a Whis or a Princess Snake (just one of each to have more options later). In this stage Gohan and Vegeta(Evolved) will do the most damage, especially Vegeta(Evolved) who will be boosting his crit chance to a stunning 70%. When UI(sign) is finished or is about to you can change the PHY Vegeta back in rotation, in the last stage is not impelling but here the PHY is best. At this point you can basically go FULL POWER, everyone will be tanking pretty well, except your SSGSS Goku (SSJ Goku transformed) because even I couldn't manage to attack on every transformation, so keeping him on the third spot is critical, and whenever he returns if he gets attacked too many times don't bee afraid to use a Whis or (if you run out) Android 8. With item covarage even him can tank well, but be sure to don't overlap item usage (try to remember if you are under the effect of a Whis to minimize waste of items, also because with full, or almost, health this team can hold pretty well).

This Goku is a fat BUST for this team. His main use is not to boost others strength with his super attack, you will mostly have him in the 3rd slot, as his main use is when he turns Super Saiyan. Once Super Saiyan he stacks his defense which is insanely useful for MUI as well as his rage active skill can be a life saver in one of the final two stages!

This team, once you reach MUI, will take almost no damage, even from Supers. Your vulnerable units will be the Cooler's and Broly in some cases. Your 2 main rotations should be AGL Gohan and Teq Trunks with the other being the two Cooler's together, one of them transformed. Broly, Janemba and Namek Goku are all good units but they never shined as well as the others in a rotation when I tried, they are all amazing off rotation and will tank well and deal good damage as well as provide some extra links for rotations.

Floaters = INT Goku Black, STR Cell and INT Cell

Once AGL Goku transforms to his SSB state, move him out of rotation and have INT Goku Black on the main rotation instead where he will stack his DEF much easier. I highly recommend to not use support items till you reach his UI phase and before using it, try and determine if you will survive without it or note cause having at incredibly low HP could be very useful in triggering your unit's transformations

Main rotation: Goku + Vegeta, SS Trunks (kid) + LR Brothers and the everyone else is in the 3rd spot. The key is to let the stack DEF units to perform SA as much as they can but for the rest regular attack is necessary to prolong the game longer (basically, do not let them super, except for LR Brothers who will gain ki overtime). You'll decide who gets more ki spheres since Goku and Vegeta will compete for those spheres - in case of receiving multiple attacks, let whoever get the most ki spheres to be tanker. Furthermore, just like any DEF stacker, they will heal rapidly at high DEF, so don't afraid to get Ki spheres as much as possible. Considering of the nature of consuming a lot of ki spheres, you're most likely to get Dokkan Mode 3 times: I got mine at SS3 Goku stage, SS Blue Goku and MUI Goku.

Recommended to use items: starting at STR UI Goku since LR Gogeta is at type disadvantage against him.

I try to keep together one Trunks and Gohan, that's a very good rotation. #17 and #18 too, but I separate they before MUI because he does a lot of damage to they. As third caracthers, Vegito and Black are tank supporters, and hit harder (especially Black Rosé)

At the beginning, I have luck because #18 evade 2 or 3 super attacks, but MUI countered evading 5 Rosé's super attacks. Do not use Trunk's Active Skill if you don't have the security to destroy MUI with one shot.

You will pray for him to crit in the UI Goku phase.

Another F2P TEQ Card... he will be your undoing! But maybe and sadly he is your best choice for this team. Use his SA to heal. I don't recommend his Ultra SA. Against INT UI Goku he will get around 100k damage per BASIC hit. You need support him with items or he'll destroy your run.

It's a free senzu bean with less than 30% HP. It's not very easy to trigger, but you'll need the transformation for the endgame. He will deal tons of damage, but don't overpush with him too early. You need a long long run. I would recommend you to use it properly with as much ki as possible in the UI Goku only and reserve his active skill for him too.

STRATEGY
The rotation I use is:

STR Cell + Android #17

Android #17 (Future) + Android #18 (Future)

The first couple has a huge tank with the Android #17, you can rely on him even with SAs. STR Cell is not that good as he seems. He needs growing with SAs, but he won't reach a top tank level so he will be hurt seroiusly with enemies SAs. However, he will deal a good amount of damage. The second couple is very balanced. Very good F2P cards. They tank better than Cell, but won't reach Android #17 level.

As for the items, you should reach the last two phases without using any. Remember that you can heal if you need with TEQ Cell, STR Cell and INT Perfect Cell as well as with the orbs with cards with high DEF. I don't have enough Whis so I used Bulma instead. You can't tank as fine as you do with Whis, but I found the +20% ATK useful in speeding up the last phase.

Not gonna lie, it took me several tries to get it. You shouldn't waste your items so you have to risk a bit and sometimes you'll have bad luck and the SA will fall on the weakest card. Be patient because even without TOP tier cards you can do both categories at the same time.

His only issue is that he can get hit too hard in the early stages of the event. But, at least he can transform to increase his offensive ability

Another OP card for this event. He can stack DEF just like the cards mentioned above, and he can transform too through the use of his active skill!. Once he transforms, he can no longer stack DEF, but he does greatly ATK and DEF for 1 turn, and he gets an 18% chance to perform a critical hit, and dodge for 5 turns. Did I mention he can reduce damage by 18% as well for 5 turns. It won't be detrimental for your team if you use his active skill, but I recommend waiting until the final stage to use his active skill.

Pretty good defensively, with an DEF stat of 118k, but he's pretty bad offensively. Anyways, he should be tanking hits just fine until the STR and INT stages come. He is mainly here so that you can pop a heal when your HP is low enough, that wau, you won't have to use any items! Unfortunately, in his Perfect Form, he will need 6 orbs to be alright defensively. But, hey, at least 100% of your HP is healed!

He is replaceable with any other Time Travelers unit (STR Rage Trunks, PHY vegito Blue, TEQ LR and TUR Vegito Blue, although TEQ TUR Vegito Blue will get smacked a little in the final stage). Your Main Rotations should be Goku Black + Trunks and Black + EZA Cell

Floaters: Bardock, PHY Trunks, and LR Cell.

As long as you use your items sparingly, and watch everyone's DEF stat and how many hits they'll take, you'll be fine. On the final stage, Cell's healing saved me and Dokkan Mode's healing saved me. So just keep in mind of when Cell is coming up in the next rotation. Keep in mind that you should start to grab the same type orbs to heal back your HP. Other than that, you should be fine.

He'll boost everyone and his DEF build is just insane (you'll reach more than 1 million of DEF). Try to select a friend who has him at 100%, and you'll make a huge amount of damage, besides recovering more HP with every AGL sphere you take.

STRATEGY
This team is thought to people (me) who, unfortunately, didn't get LR Super Saiyan Gohan, but they want to use him in this event.

Your main rotation should be Super Saiyan Gohan and AGL Goku, and the other one should be TEQ Super Saiyan Goku and TEQ Goku (Kaioken). It's essencial to launch every superattack in the first stages, focusing on TEQ Super Saiyan Goku and AGL Goku. Super Saiyan 4 Goku has to be rotating, but it would be good if you launch his superattack to give him a good DEF stats (this is important once you reach Super Saiyan 2 Goku). Try to get as many PHY spheres as you can with PHY SSGSS Goku, and you'll sure yourself in making so much damage with him.

Once you reach MUI Goku, change quickly the TEQ Goku with the PHY SSGSS Goku, due to the first one has disadvantage, while the second one will destroy MUI Goku.

Try not to defense with Trunks and Goku in the last stages, just in case.

If you get luck, and defense well, you didn't need items, due to you'll restore your HP with AGL spheres taken by Super Saiyan Gohan, and the PHY spheres taken by PHY SSGSS Goku, in addition to the 3 or 4 Dokkan Attacks you will launch.
