Hello there fellow players.
I'm player with high end account and recently summoned Goku Black (GSSR FOR LR STEP).
Today, I awakened him to LR and I have to say that I am very disappointed - disappointed to such a degree to declare him the worst summonable LR on Global (I don't see him as weak - just as weakest LR).
After long tests in Future Saga team, the conclusion is as follows :
He only hits hard in the late phase of battle. I barely got him to 120% ATK boost, and it was in LR Gogeta event that has been done not once, but three times to ensure that RNG is not against Black. Super Gogeta had only one bar of health left when LR Black met his desire and nemesis - 120% ATK boost (counted total ATK and DEF produced by LR Trunks and LR Black in Future Saga team. LR Trunks won)
He is massively dependent on other characters (If i let LR Vegito and LR Trunks, that are in neighbour rotation, off the latch, the enemy has rare chance to even hit LR Black before mentioned enemy is defeated, since it's not guaranteed that enemy will attack first)
He gets the beating in early stages of the battle. So basically in many cases, HP that he heals is compensation for the beating he had received
He totally sucks in Super Battle Road 2 (LR Vegito with type disadvantage in first stage took less damage. LR Black got totally WRECKED!!!)

His art is mediocre
His Ultra Super Attack animation is ugly (They wanted to make it look sophisticated I guess. But in return we got monstrosity in form of paralytic dance [instead of Concerto Slash] )

MY VERDICT:
LR Zamasu & Goku Black is certainly not one of the best LRs. It may seem to be overpowered to new players, as they take longer to beat the events, thus giving this LR time to build-up, but for PRO players, LR Zamasu & Goku Black is weak for LR standards, which in certain situations can even be pain in the ass.
According to tests and data collected, I announce him third worst summonable LR (LR Trunks & Mai and LR Bardock below him)
